Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "j7774" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to j7774, the internationally licensed online gaming platform operating at https://j7774.bio and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on j7774, or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account held on j7774, identified by a unique username and password combination.
• "Balance" means the total PKR value of real-money funds held in a player's j7774 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit sums credited to a player's account by j7774 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total real-money and/or bonus wager amount a player must place before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process j7774 is obligated to conduct under its international gaming licence obligations.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League, a professional Twenty20 cricket league operating in Pakistan.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the base currency of all j7774 accounts.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary process by which a player formally requests that j7774 prevent them from accessing their account and placing wagers for a defined or indefinite period.

Eligibility & Registration

By registering an account on j7774, you represent, warrant, and confirm that all of the following conditions are met and shall remain met for the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. j7774 does not permit access by any individual under the age of 21, without exception.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use. Corporate accounts, accounts held on behalf of third parties, and nominee accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You do not already hold an existing j7774 account. Each individual may maintain only one registered account at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• You are registering and using j7774 voluntarily and not under duress, and you accept that participation in real-money gaming involves a genuine risk of financial loss.
• The funds you deposit into your j7774 account are legitimately yours and are not derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any form of financial crime.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of j7774 or any of its affiliated companies or partner providers.

Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. j7774 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.

Account Management

Your j7774 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

3.1 Login Credentials

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential at all times. j7774 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances. You should not share your credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify j7774 support without delay.

3.2 Account Suspension & Closure

j7774 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• j7774 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• A player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• Continued access poses a risk to the player's wellbeing under j7774's responsible gaming obligations;
• j7774 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. j7774 may apply an administrative maintenance fee of PKR 500 per month to inactive accounts after written notice has been issued to the registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j7774 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j7774 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Supported payment methods and applicable limits are displayed in the player account cashier section and may be updated periodically.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed instantly for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 3 working hours depending on the originating bank. j7774 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

j7774 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, including where AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening flags a transaction for review. In such cases, j7774 will contact the player via their registered email address.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same account. j7774 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the relevant portion of the balance becomes withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

j7774 operates in full compliance with its international licence's AML obligations. j7774 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal above PKR 100,000 or for any transaction pattern that triggers an AML review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the withdrawal being held pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

j7774 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise specified. j7774 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility applies. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower requirements as stated in their individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance without replacement.
• Abuse: j7774 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements, or any form of collusion to exploit bonus offers.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on j7774, including cricket, PSL, and all other sports markets. Sport-specific rules are published in the sportsbook section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are fixed and cannot be altered.
• j7774 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where the requested stake exceeds applicable market limits.
• In the event of a clear and manifest error in the publication of odds (a "palpable error"), j7774 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds. Where possible, j7774 will notify affected players and offer re-booking at the corrected odds.
• Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise declared void will be refunded to the player's account at the original stake value.
• Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance. j7774 cannot guarantee acceptance of live bets where market conditions change between submission and confirmation.
• Any attempt to exploit latency or data feed delays to place bets on already-known outcomes ("courtsiding" or "scalping") is classified as prohibited conduct under Article 08 of these Terms.

Casino Games

All casino games available on j7774, including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games, are provided by third-party certified game providers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published within the game's information panel. j7774 does not modify RTP settings and presents games as supplied by their respective certified providers.

j7774 reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game title from the platform without prior notice. Temporary suspension does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j7774. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the j7774 platform in any manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion;
• Selling, transferring, or acquiring j7774 accounts or account balances;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping in live casino games;
• Using j7774 in a manner that could damage the platform's reputation, disrupt its services, or interfere with other players' enjoyment.

Intellectual Property

All content on the j7774 platform, including but not limited to the j7774 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of j7774 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j7774 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any j7774 content;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the j7774 platform software;
• Using j7774 branding, trademarks, or proprietary materials for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of j7774 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of platform access and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Privacy & Data

j7774 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on j7774, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

j7774 uses player data for the purposes of account administration, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, personalised communications, and platform improvement. j7774 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by j7774, subject to j7774's legal data retention obligations under its international gaming licence. Data requests should be submitted via the support email address.

Responsible Gaming

j7774 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide the following tools, which are accessible at all times through your account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications when a predefined session duration is reached;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the j7774 platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Limitation of Liability

j7774 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if j7774 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

j7774 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. j7774 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

j7774 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or other technical issues occurring outside of j7774's controlled infrastructure.

Amendments to These Terms

j7774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, j7774 will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the j7774 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j7774 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any conflict between the English-language version of these Terms and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

j7774 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that access to and use of j7774 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
